Job Description:

As an Administrative Support Specialist at Teksystems Careers, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. Your primary responsibility will be to provide high-quality administrative support to our team, including maintaining electronic filing systems, managing schedules, and preparing meeting materials.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain electronic filing systems and record retention
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, including global personnel and locations
  • Resolve meeting requests and conflicts in a timely and efficient manner
  • Provide administrative support on the development and preparation of organization charts, reports, and communication
  • Coordinate and organize travel plans, including scheduling, itineraries, and travel expense reports
  • Represent the office in a professional manner and interface effectively with employees at all levels
  • Maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information with extreme care

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience providing administrative support
  • Good administrative skills, communication skills, and coordination and office management skills
  • Associate degree preferred
