Vaco is seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in driving business strategy and implementing human capital initiatives that support our organization's growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute business strategy, aligning HR initiatives with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Change Management: Drive change management practices to enable organizational effectiveness, identifying and implementing process improvements to drive business results.
  • Talent Management: Coach and mentor leaders on organizational and individual employee performance needs, developing and implementing talent management initiatives to support business requirements.
  • HR Operations: Oversee the consistent application of human resource policies, programs, and services, interacting with management and supervisors to provide counseling and advice on HR matters.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with state and federal employment laws, including EEOC, ADAAA, HIPAA, FMLA, Workers Compensation, OSHA, COBRA, ERISA, and Wage and Hour laws.
  • Benefits Management: Manage the benefits program, including open enrollment and vendor relationships.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Experience: 7+ years of experience in Human Resources, with multi-site and multi-state experience preferred.
