Job Title: Seasonal Social Media Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Seasonal Social Media Coordinator to join our team at AEG. As a key member of our social media department, you will be responsible for creating and implementing engaging content across various platforms, monitoring and facilitating social conversations, and assisting with analytics and promotional efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create, edit, publish, and share engaging content daily to help grow fan engagement and following on all platforms.
  • Help compile analytics and build campaign recaps for all Jets social platforms.
  • Follow trends and content opportunities happening on social platforms to make suggestions on how the team can leverage them, relevant to the team's social media strategy.
  • Help manage social content calendar (player birthdays, holidays, etc.) including daily content along with broader communications and marketing campaigns.
  • Assist with coverage - social, video - at community events to streamline and maximize the exposure for team initiatives.
  • Monitor and communicate with followers of Jets' accounts to further build relationship with fanbase.
  • Assist photo/video team with photo tagging and video logging.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, multimedia production or related field preferred.
  • Deep understanding of all social media platforms, specifically Instagram, Snapchat, YouTube, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Must be highly collaborative in the ideation/development/execution process.
  • Experience with digital/social tracking tools preferred.
  • Experience using Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Premiere.
  • Be willing to work unusual hours, including weekends and holidays.
