Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Liaison to join our team at Cypress Creek Hospital. As a Business Development Liaison, you will play a critical role in creating demand for our facility's services through the effective application of ethical marketing principles and sales methods.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve maximum market penetration among assigned accounts and to identify potential accounts in targeted market segments.
  • Conduct ongoing analysis to ensure the appropriateness and effectiveness of weekly sales action plans.
  • Maintain current awareness of industry trends and anticipate changes or developments in the target market.
  • Utilize proprietary reports to plan sales activity, including expense reports, sales call plans, and post-call follow-up reports.
  • Participate in off-hours sales and community activities as required by the Director of Business Development and facility needs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Prior marketing and/or sales experience within a behavioral healthcare setting preferred.
  • Three years minimum documented experience in referral development, account management, sales growth, and physician relationships preferred.
  • Knowledge of the Greater Houston behavioral health marketplace, insurance plans, target markets, and referral sources preferred.
