Environmental Business Development Manager

Clean Harbors is seeking a highly motivated and experienced HHW Program Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for growing our CleanPack and Treatment and Disposal business within an assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a sustainable business plan in conjunction with Regional Sales and Operations personnel.
- Coordinate all aspects of HHW collection events, ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance with regulations.
- Meet with customers to proactively resolve customer issues or complaints, maintaining satisfactory customer relationships.
- Assist the Technical Service General Manager in ensuring billing goals are met, reviewing accounts receivable reports weekly and making collection calls when necessary.
- Develop strategies to maximize pricing and profitability for all business lines, ensuring current contracts and purchase orders are in place prior to job execution.
- Kick-off jobs with field personnel, ensuring proper job execution and maintaining customer and CHES spreadsheets.
- Attend all compliance and safety update meetings, following all local, state, and federal compliance regulations and rules.
- Financial management, logistics, or sales experience.
- Working knowledge of environmental statutes and regulations, business development, revenue enhancement, and market penetration.
- Leadership experience.
- Ability to interface with customers, safely operate vehicles, and perform physical functions per job requirements.
- Attention to detail, able to take and follow direction, and to perform multiple tasks.
- Valid Driver's license.
