Job Responsibilities:- Execute sales goals and objectives established by the Branch Manager and Regional Sales Manager.
- Provide support for the business' sales and marketing teams.
- Visit clients and prospective clients to communicate and maintain successful prospecting and closing skills.
- Generate sales that meet the company's margin objectives through the identification and conversion of leads, referrals, and add-on opportunities.
- Ensure the adequacy of lead times and quality of communications to control and plan workflows throughout the sales and project process.
- Maintain a presence in the field with new and existing clients to support the sales process and customer development effort.
- Establish and maintain high-quality communications, service, and response to customer's needs and inquiries.
- 2+ years of outside sales experience.
- Engineering or construction sales experience highly preferred.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
