Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Environmental Services Manager to join our team at Riverside Medical Clinic. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and safety in our clinics.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective environmental services policies and procedures to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Lead and manage a team of environmental services staff to ensure they have the necessary training and resources to perform their duties effectively.
  • Conduct regular quality assurance checks to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure efficient use of materials and equipment.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and effective communication.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum three years' experience in healthcare environmental services, with at least two years in a management or supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to customer service.
