Restaurant Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our upscale dining establishment. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for delivering exceptional service, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to effectively manage a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all front-of-house operations, including staff management, customer satisfaction, and quality standards
  • Train and supervise staff to deliver high-quality service and create a positive dining experience for guests
  • Manage inventory, order supplies as needed, and ensure proper equipment maintenance
  • Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless coordination between front and back of house
  • Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment, adhering to health and safety regulations
  • Report any maintenance issues

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in an upscale restaurant
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills with a proactive approach
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage a high-volume workload
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
