Restaurant Operations Manager

At Pollo Tropical, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead our restaurant team. As a Restaurant General Manager, you will be responsible for the overall success of the restaurant, including sales, customer satisfaction, and employee development.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of restaurant staff to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve restaurant operations, including menu management, inventory control, and labor management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage restaurant finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Monitor and improve customer satisfaction through feedback and surveys.
- Collaborate with other restaurant managers and corporate teams to achieve company goals.
- 5+ years of experience in restaurant management, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, including menu management, inventory control, and labor management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
