Job Summary

The Director of Pharmacy Business Operations reports to the Vice President of Pharmacy & Nutrition and oversees all Finance and Budgetary components of the Pharmacy and Nutrition Departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the 340B Program, contracts, budget preparation and management, requisition management, while also completing Pro Formas, technology assessments, and Return on Investments (ROIs) as needed.
  • Work closely with and serve as a liaison to Grady's Health system's Finance team and attend any functions necessary or requested by the Finance Team.
  • Collaborate with clinical and non-clinical staff members to optimize operational and cost efficiencies wherever possible.
  • Possess a thorough knowledge of the regulatory environment as it relates to health care reimbursement and compliance, and contract management.
Qualifications
  • BS/MS with a concentration in Accounting, Business, or finance desirable.
  • CFA preferred but not required.
