About the Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead our leasing operations team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing sales strategies that achieve and maintain occupancy targets and revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee day-to-day leasing functions, including CRM responses, scheduling showings, and ensuring compliance with company standards and fair housing regulations.
  • Create accountability and ownership among team members, communicate clear expectations, and provide timely performance feedback and lead training and development for team members.
  • Assume a proactive role in increasing the efficiency of leasing operations and ensuring procedures and processes meet business requirements and create a positive experience for prospects and residents.
Requirements
  • 3 years' experience working in a professional office environment.
  • Prior experience working in a leadership and sales role required.
  • Ability to think critically and use problem-solving skills to suggest solutions to issues.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to communicate in writing and verbally with all levels of employees and vendors.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite products including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive and/or confidential information.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Ability to travel to all properties within a given region as needed.
