Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Retention Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for selling DISH and Boost Mobile products and services to new and existing customers, assessing each customer's needs and offering the best value, and demonstrating the ability and resilience to bounce back from challenges and maintain focus on larger goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sell DISH and Boost Mobile products and services to new and existing customers

  • Assess each customer's needs and offer the best value

  • Demonstrate the ability and resilience to bounce back from challenges and maintain focus on larger goals

  • Effectively manage time, open to learning new methods and looking to advance as a sales contributor

  • Build and maintain customer relationships

  • Document customer information including demographic, billing, etc.

  • Provide excellent customer service, listen to the customer and ensure their satisfaction

What We Offer

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base pay of $20.50/hour, uncapped commission, and a target compensation of $68,000/year. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, 401(k) with company match, and tuition reimbursement.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

  • High school diploma; college graduates preferred

  • Pre-employment screen, which may include a drug test

  • Must be able to work full-time, on-site in one of our Direct Sales facilities

  • Must have open availability to work provided schedules

  • Have a smartphone or other device with an active network connection
