The E-Commerce Sales Manager is a key position within AutoNation, responsible for leading a sales team to deliver exceptional customer experiences. This role requires a strong leader who can motivate and develop their team to achieve targeted performance goals.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and develop a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and improve customer engagement.
- Collaborate with the General Manager and General Sales Manager to plan and manage new and used vehicle inventory.
- Analyze business performance and develop action plans to improve sales and customer satisfaction.
- Manage customer relationships and ensure a seamless transition from phone and internet contact to in-store experience.
- Proven success in e-commerce automotive sales.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to set and achieve targeted goals.
- Experience working with technology and customer relationship management systems.
- Valid in-state driver's license and a safe driving record.
