About the Role

The E-Commerce Sales Manager is a key position within AutoNation, responsible for leading a sales team to deliver exceptional customer experiences. This role requires a strong leader who can motivate and develop their team to achieve targeted performance goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and improve customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with the General Manager and General Sales Manager to plan and manage new and used vehicle inventory.
  • Analyze business performance and develop action plans to improve sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage customer relationships and ensure a seamless transition from phone and internet contact to in-store experience.
Requirements
  • Proven success in e-commerce automotive sales.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to set and achieve targeted goals.
  • Experience working with technology and customer relationship management systems.
  • Valid in-state driver's license and a safe driving record.
