Regional Sales Manager, Pro-AV

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Regional Sales Manager, Pro-AV to join our sales team at AVer Information. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by promoting and selling our range of high-quality collaboration solutions to businesses and organizations.
Key Responsibilities- Identify, target, and engage potential clients through proactive outreach, networking, and market research.
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed sales targets/quotas set by the business.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase AVer's video collaboration solutions, highlighting their features, benefits, and value propositions to customers and partners.
- Understand client requirements and pain points, and tailor solutions to address their specific needs effectively.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and technical teams to stay updated on product developments, industry trends, and competitor insights.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting partner relationships through regular communication and excellent co-selling and service.
- Responsible for achieving sales revenue and profit targets in assigned region.
- Respond to all sales correspondence, telephone calls, and email inquiries, including pricing, requests for quotes, and Reseller show or event support.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals, contracts, and quotations, ensuring they align with client expectations and AVer's pricing strategies.
- Negotiate terms and close sales deals, managing the entire sales cycle from lead generation to post-sale follow-up.
- Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts, reports, and market intelligence to the sales management team.
- Assist with tracking and qualifying leads via phone, emails, and trade shows.
- Managing and maintaining existing accounts and growing new customer base.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and stay informed about market developments.
- Plan and conduct product trainings to Reseller Partners and make joint sales calls with Reseller Partners.
- Conduct product presentations and product demonstrations to end-user customers.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of Sales Management experience.
- Proven track record of successful B2B sales in the technology industry, with a focus on AV, video conferencing, collaboration tools, or related solutions.
- Strong understanding of video collaboration technologies, trends, and the competitive landscape.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective sales plans.
- Experience in business development, negotiation, and closing business.
- Excellent Customer Satisfaction Skills.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Computer proficient on Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Great organizational skills, ability to multi-task, to work independently, and as part of a team.
- Must be self-motivated, quick learner, enthusiastic, professional, and have a positive attitude.
- Knowledge of selling to Higher Education, Enterprise, Government, and Reseller Channels is a plus.
- Ability to travel 60% of the time.
