About the Role

Premier Subaru of Fremont is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Used Car Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, driving sales growth, and leading a team of sales professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work directly with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and provide personalized sales solutions.
  • Establish and maintain a strong network of customers and prospects, and identify new business opportunities.
  • Provide training and support to sales staff, and assist in closing deals.
  • Facilitate regular sales training and coaching to ensure team members have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Drive business growth through a high level of involvement in day-to-day operations, and lead the negotiation process to ensure customers understand their vehicle purchase options and pricing.

Requirements:

  • Automotive dealership management experience preferred.
  • Shown success in auto retail sales.
  • Confirmed leadership ability to mentor and train others.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Passionate about training sales team members and operating within a reciprocal environment.
  • Enthusiastic personality with high-energy attitude.
  • Ability to boost morale during the sales workday and improve profitability.
  • Organization and follow-up skills.
  • Experience and desire to work with technology.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Clean driving record and valid driver's license.
