Position Overview: Full-Time, hourly compensation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise all guest registration and departure procedures.
  • Establish and uphold communication protocols among front desk personnel, guests, and various hotel departments.
  • Ensure the delivery of outstanding customer service, maintaining a zero-tolerance policy for subpar service.
  • Address guest inquiries, requests, and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage the reservation system for both individual and group bookings.
  • Possess thorough knowledge of hotel amenities, room categories, pricing, and available packages.
  • Assist in streamlining front desk operations and developing systems to keep staff focused and efficient.
  • Engage in employee management tasks, including recruitment, training, performance reviews, and terminations.
  • Provide training to front desk personnel on sales techniques, customer service excellence, and hotel offerings.
  • Encourage growth in transient sales.
  • Support budget management and effective staff scheduling.
  • Conduct regular staff meetings to ensure team alignment.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of two years of experience in hotel front desk operations is preferred.
  • Previous experience in a supervisory role is advantageous.
  • Possession of necessary government licenses or certifications.
  • Comprehensive understanding of front office procedures.
  • Strong organizational and leadership capabilities.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Effective verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Experience with cash handling is required.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and perform well under pressure.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
