Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic Food & Beverage Operations Manager to oversee the management of our culinary department, which covers food for our event space, restaurant, and snack zone.

This role is pivotal in maintaining a vibrant, efficient, and safe environment, aligning with our commitment to delivering top-tier entertainment experiences.

Strong communication skills, effective time management, and a dedication to excellence are essential.

Experience in managing large events, particularly in food and beverage, such as wedding receptions and corporate gatherings, is highly desirable.


Key Responsibilities:
Supervise a diverse team of employees, ensuring efficient daily operations.
Maintain accurate records of employee attendance on a daily basis.
Maintain inventory and food and order any necessary items.
Cover a Manager on Duty shift and open the store once a week.

Requirements:
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Must have a high school diploma or GED; or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.
Must have at least one year of management or supervisory experience.
Experience in managing large events, particularly in food and beverage, such as wedding receptions is required.
Experience in Restaurant/Food & Beverage Management is required, with a preference for experience in managing large events.
Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
Must be able to work up to 45 hours per week, available every weekend.
Able to stand for long periods of time.
Able to lift 39 pounds unaided.
Valid driver's license required.
Authorized to work in the United States.
