Job Summary

The Customer Service Coordinator will play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive timely and professional support for their warranty-related needs. This position will work closely with our warranty and field teams to provide seamless customer service and support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to and resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work closely with the warranty and field teams to ensure that customer requests are fulfilled efficiently and effectively.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our warranty procedures and protocols.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support, ensuring that our customers are satisfied with the service they receive.
  • Input work orders into our system and track progress to ensure timely completion.
  • Monitor trends in warranty service requests and identify opportunities for process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain warranty manuals, orientation packages, and policy and procedure manuals.
  • Respond to corporate complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Perform other duties as needed or assigned.

Requirements

  • Professional and enthusiastic communication style.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong attention to detail and an organized approach.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal teams.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and previous experience working with Excel spreadsheets.
  • A valid driver's license.
  • General understanding of the construction/home building industry.
  • College degree preferred, high school/GED required.
