Claims Customer Service Representative

- Provide timely and accurate resolutions to customer inquiries
- Advise clients on the status of their claims
- Coordinate follow-ups with adjusters
- Support other areas of the Customer Service Center as needed
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
- Previous customer service experience in a call center environment
- Part-time availability from 2:00pm - 6:00pm EST or 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM EST Monday - Friday
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to problem solve and work independently
- Attention to detail
- Insurance experience and knowledge of medical terminology a plus
- Conversational Spanish skills a plus
As a member of the Customer Service Center team, you will play a critical role in ensuring efficient and timely processing of customer inquiries.
