Job Title: Customer Care Supervisor

This is a day shift role that requires flexibility and adaptability. We are seeking a seasoned leader with a customer-focused mindset to oversee a team of customer service representatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and train a team of customer service representatives to ensure productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for billing and customer claims.
  • Handle escalated customer issues and validate claims in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with Operations to meet on-time turnaround goals and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare regular reports on customer activity and provide insights to improve customer service.
  • Conduct root cause assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance customer experience.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of customer service experience in a warehousing and/or distribution environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with internal and external customers.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Ability to lift up to 20 lbs. and work a flexible schedule, including weekends as needed.
