The Role of the Acquisition Growth Team:
The Acquisition Growth team is responsible for executing diverse acquisition and activation strategies for both drivers and passengers across various regions, ensuring a dependable and secure solution.

As an integral member of the Growth Marketing team, you will report directly to our Senior Team Lead Acquisition and will be tasked with creating, managing, and analyzing campaigns throughout Europe, the Maghreb region, and Sub-Saharan Africa.

Your Responsibilities:

- Support the growth marketing team in tracking the effectiveness of marketing initiatives (Facebook, Snapchat, Instagram, Google AdWords) across multiple regions.
- Oversee performance metrics and collaborate with our partners from Programmatic agencies.
- Engage in the development of acquisition campaigns: identifying unique selling propositions, crafting messaging, assisting in content creation, implementation, and evaluation.
- Monitor budget allocations and contribute to Profit and Loss (P&L) assessments.
- Enhance our acquisition strategy through partnerships: serve as the primary contact for new opportunities, propose potential partnerships (arenas, shopping centers, clubs, student organizations, etc.), lead discussions until agreements are finalized, and manage ongoing partner relationships.
A Comprehensive Approach:

Regularly collaborate with brand/design teams (creative briefs), local teams (preparation of weekly performance reviews), and business analyst teams (to gain deeper insights into your markets).

You possess a strong data-driven mindset and are adept at utilizing analytics and metrics to inform marketing strategies.

You have a solid grasp of marketing fundamentals and online advertising, with experience in online campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Apple Search Ads...).

You are proficient in various social media platforms, particularly Instagram, TikTok, and Snapchat, and stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices.

You can lead communications with potential new partners and identify key growth opportunities.

You thrive in collaborative environments; you are approachable and enthusiastic, enjoying the process of assisting others.

You are comfortable taking on responsibilities and leading various initiatives.

Fluency in French and English is required.
