Role Overview: As a Marketing Coordinator, you will be instrumental in engaging with community members, advocating for products and services, and building brand loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee a designated territory under the supervision of the Account Marketing Director.
  • Perform market analysis, develop territory profiles, and execute field marketing initiatives.
  • Work collaboratively with the Marketing Team to establish outreach objectives and assess performance metrics.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, communicate initiatives, and provide updates on progress.
  • Carry out daily marketing operations while maintaining brand standards and integrity.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business Management (or equivalent experience).
  • At least 1 year of experience in client-facing roles.
  • Experience in promotions, sales, or brand ambassador positions is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage teams and mentor others.
  • Proficiency in communication and software tools such as Google Suite and Microsoft Office.
  • A strong alignment with our mission and core values.
