About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Representative to join our team at Capital City Press. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and leveraging digital marketing techniques to achieve our business goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Develop a comprehensive understanding of our products/services, target audience, and industry trends to identify new business opportunities.
  • Research and Identification: Research and identify potential clients and strategic partners using a combination of market analysis, digital marketing tools, cold outreach, and participation in industry events.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients and partners, tailoring digital marketing strategies to meet their specific needs.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including digital marketing specialists, sales, and product development, to create customized proposals and presentations.
  • Digital Marketing: Utilize digital marketing techniques, such as SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing, to enhance lead generation and conversion.
  • Sales and Negotiation: Develop and deliver persuasive sales pitches and presentations that effectively communicate the value of our products/services and digital marketing expertise.
  • Pipeline Management: Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to contract negotiation and successful deal closure.
  • Strategic Planning: Create and execute strategic business development plans that integrate digital marketing strategies to expand our client base and market reach.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and report on digital marketing and sales activities, pipeline, and results, providing regular updates to management.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Digital Marketing Skills: Proficiency in digital marketing techniques and tools, including SEO, SEM, social media advertising, email marketing, and analytics.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex digital marketing concepts clearly and persuasively.
  • Analytical Skills: Analytical mindset with the ability to assess market trends, competitor strategies, and digital marketing performance.
  • Personal Qualities: Self-motivated and proactive individual who can work independently and collaboratively.
