About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Account Executive to join our Sales team in Brooklyn, NY. This role requires a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with customers and contractors.

Responsibilities
  • Manage a large pipeline of leads, prioritizing and progressing them through the sales process
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet ambitious targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and Block's contractor network

Key qualifications include:

  • 5+ years of sales experience with a focus on residential construction
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet ambitious sales targets
Compensation

The initial annual on-target earnings for this position range from $100,000 to $120,000, inclusive of base salary and target commission ranges.
