We are excited to announce that our team is growing, and we are in search of a dedicated individual to become a vital part of our exceptional customer support division. We are looking to fill a full-time role. The Customer Care Representative will be tasked with delivering outstanding service to our existing clients and potential customers, managing policy modification requests, staying informed about our offerings, and addressing any inquiries our clients may have.

Key Responsibilities
- Process requests for customer policy modifications.
- Collect all necessary documentation from clients.
- Handle requests for Evidence of Insurance.
- Record each customer interaction in our system.
- Accept premium payments from clients.
- Confirm contact details with each customer and update their information accordingly.
- Respond to all voicemail messages in a timely manner.
- Stay updated on new product offerings.
- Deliver exceptional customer service consistently.

- Exhibit a positive, enthusiastic, and upbeat demeanor.
- Be a proactive self-starter with a strong sense of urgency.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, follow through, and ensure follow-up.
