Psychologist - Program Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Psychologist to serve as the Program Director for our Jail Based Competency Treatment (JBCT) program. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of the program, assessing and evaluating patients for competency restoration, and providing supervision to a small staff.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee and ensure program compliance with state and company policies.
- Communicate with JBCT partners and work collaboratively with law enforcement and correctional facility staff.
- Manage personnel and conduct regular audits to ensure program adherence.
- Lead treatment team meetings, review patient treatment plans, and complete initial screening forms.
- Provide clinical support, attend milieu groups, and document all findings in patient records.
- PhD or PsyD with licensure as a Psychologist in the state of employment.
- One+ years of experience as a licensed Psychologist in the state of employment.
- Previous experience in correctional or detention facilities.
- Licensure as a Psychologist in the state of employment.
- Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association.
- Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance throughout the course of employment.
