Key Responsibilities:

The Childhood Trauma Treatment Program Manager (CTT PM) will be based in Santa Barbara and will report to the Senior Manager of Trauma Treatment. This pivotal role involves planning, organizing, and overseeing all operational activities within the CTT department, which provides individualized and family-oriented treatment aimed at facilitating recovery for children and families affected by abuse, neglect, or violence.

The CTT programs are designed to promote resilience and recovery in children facing adverse experiences. The CTT PM will ensure that all departmental activities are trauma-informed, culturally sensitive, and aligned with our overarching mission and vision.

Qualifications:

  • Possession of an LCSW or LMFT from an accredited institution, with a minimum of two years of licensure, or a Licensed Psychologist credentialed by the California State Board of Behavioral Sciences or Board of Psychology.
  • A minimum of 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in program management and/or clinical supervision is preferred.
  • Experience in community mental health settings and/or child welfare is advantageous.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, with a comfort level in providing constructive feedback to colleagues.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus.
