Position Summary:
The selected candidate will serve as the Childhood Trauma Treatment Program Manager (CTT PM), based in Santa Barbara. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Trauma Treatment, the CTT PM will play a vital role in strategizing, organizing, and overseeing all operational functions within the CTT department. This department is dedicated to providing individualized and family-oriented treatment aimed at facilitating recovery for children and families affected by abuse, neglect, or violence.
The CTT programs are designed to nurture children's resilience and assist in their recovery from adverse experiences. The CTT PM will ensure that the department's activities are trauma-informed, culturally sensitive, and aligned with our overarching mission and vision.
Key Qualifications:
- Possession of an LCSW or LMFT from an accredited institution, with a minimum of two years of licensure, or a Licensed Psychologist credentialed by the California State Board of Behavioral Sciences or Board of Psychology.
- A minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in program management and/or clinical supervision is preferred.
- Experience in community mental health settings and/or child welfare is advantageous.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, with a comfort level in providing constructive feedback to staff.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus.
