About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Psychologist to serve as the Program Director for our Jail Based Competency Treatment (JBCT) program. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of the JBCT program and providing clinical support to patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Director:
    • Ensure program compliance with state and company policies
    • Communicate with JBCT partners and work collaboratively with law enforcement agencies
    • Manage personnel and conduct regular audits to ensure program adherence
    • Lead treatment team meetings and review patient treatment plans
    • Provide clinical support and document findings in patient records
  • Psychologist:
    • Conduct cognitive impairment assessments and administer approved tests for suspected malingering
    • Participate in weekly treatment team meetings and establish doctor's groups
    • Provide clinical support and work collaboratively with law enforcement agencies
    • Document findings in patient records and assist with staff orientation
Qualifications and Requirements
  • PhD or PsyD with licensure as a psychologist in the state of employment
  • One+ years of experience as a licensed psychologist in the state of employment
  • Previous experience in correctional or detention facilities
  • Licensure as a psychologist in the state of employment
  • Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association
