Site Manager

At NorCal Imaging Centers, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager to lead our team of professionals in delivering exceptional patient care and advancing our mission of leading radiology forward.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Hire and manage a team of qualified professionals, ensuring a minimal level of employee turnover and maintaining a positive work environment.
  • Direct, mentor, and oversee all imaging center and department team members, setting clear expectations and monitoring performance.
  • Adhere to all OSHA regulations, RadNet practices, and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Actively promote and seek out new business opportunities for the imaging center and organization.
  • Develop strategies to achieve individual and business unit goals, and advocate for change to maximize effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Assist in preparing operating budgets and analyze performance against those budgets, overseeing the overall financial performance of the center/department.
  • Perform technologist duties to maintain technical skills and alleviate staffing shortages, as applicable.
  • Demonstrate a high level of competency and ensure team members are safeguarding patient property and Patient Health Information.
  • Responsible for safeguarding on-site medications, following Company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
  • Exhibit professional behavior toward patients and coworkers, demonstrating respect for company property and patient financial information.
  • Interact diplomatically and sympathetically with patients, their families, and the public in a clinical setting.
Requirements:
  • Passionate about patient care and exercise sound judgment and professionalism in all situations.
  • Effective and professional communication, interpersonal skills, and respect with patients, guests, and colleagues.
  • Structured work approach, understanding complex problems, and ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent management skills, including sales and customer service, public relations, time management, and strong written and verbal communications skills.
  • Knowledge of budget and financial statements, workers compensation billing needs, and basic medical-related knowledge/skills.
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to interact effectively with doctors, patients, vendors, peers, staff, and management.
  • Previous experience at a similar volume medical facility, technical experience (imaging) a strong plus.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively through verbal and written communication.
  • Knowledge of state and federal health and safety regulations.
  • Knowledge of developing budgets, general computer skills, and Microsoft Office knowledge.
  • A four-year degree in business administration or health care administration, or six plus years of experience in the radiology service industry and/or management experience.

Pay Range: USD $80,000 - $120,000/Yr.
