Job Summary

The Radiology Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Radiology Department at Centinela Hospital Medical Center. This includes ensuring the highest level of patient care and safety, as well as maintaining a positive and productive work environment for staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and supervision to radiology technologists and other department staff
  • Coordinate department activities to ensure efficient and effective use of resources
  • Develop and manage department budgets to meet organizational and patient safety goals
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain accurate records
  • Perform radiology technologist duties as needed to support department operations
Requirements
  • Associates Degree in Radiologic Technology or related field
  • Graduate of an AMA-accredited program in radiologic technology
  • Specialized training in any modality required
  • Supervisory experience in medical imaging functions
  • Previous experience as a radiology technologist or in a related field
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Federal, State, and Local regulatory standards
