About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Guest Service Representative at the Hampton Inn NEKC. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide warm and welcoming service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
  • Process guest reservations, check-ins, and check-outs, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Handle cash and credit transactions, maintaining a high level of accuracy and security.
  • Answer guest inquiries and provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery and a positive guest experience.
