Vaco is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused professionals to enhance our client's operations as a Customer Experience Specialist.

In this capacity, you will be instrumental in guaranteeing that every customer engagement is positive, efficient, and unforgettable.

You will represent the company, reflecting its core values and delivering exceptional assistance to our esteemed clientele.

Core Responsibilities:


Act as the main contact for customer inquiries, feedback, and issues through various communication channels including phone, email, chat, and online platforms.

Respond swiftly and courteously to customer questions, offering precise information regarding our offerings, pricing, and policies.
Proactively connect with customers to comprehend their needs, preferences, and challenges, providing tailored solutions and recommendations.
Diagnose technical issues and assist customers through resolution processes, escalating complex matters to the relevant teams when necessary.

Work collaboratively with cross-departmental teams to champion customer needs and promote ongoing enhancements in product/service offerings and support processes.

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions using our CRM system.
Contribute to the creation of customer support materials, including knowledge base articles, FAQs, and instructional guides.

Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or a related discipline is preferred.
Demonstrated experience in customer service, support, or a similar role, ideally in a dynamic environment.
Outstanding communication skills (both verbal and written) with a friendly and professional attitude.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to meeting customer needs and resolving issues.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team setting, showing flexibility and adaptability.
Familiarity with CRM software and other customer support tools (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, Salesforce) is advantageous.
A genuine passion for providing exceptional customer experiences and fostering enduring relationships with clients.
