Position Overview

As a Customer Support Consultant, your primary responsibilities will include evaluating the advantages of our offerings for prospective clients and recommending appropriate plan enhancements. You will also provide exemplary service to our existing clients by addressing billing inquiries, updating benefit packages, and suggesting improvements. The ideal candidate will possess prior experience in customer service or sales and demonstrate outstanding communication abilities.

  • Conduct proactive outreach to customers and clients.
  • Evaluate customer and client requirements to propose customized solutions.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and cultivate robust relationships.
  • Effectively manage and maintain customer accounts.

  • Resolve customer complaints with precision and care to achieve total satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of one year of experience in customer service; sales experience is advantageous.
  • Valid identification is required.
  • Strong active listening, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent is necessary.
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role is preferred.
