The Engagement Marketing Coordinator will play a crucial role in the formulation and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies aimed at fostering deeper connections with our constituents. This position will utilize various platforms, including Salesforce Marketing Cloud, to optimize engagement and drive conversions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the creation of strategic engagement plans targeting new and existing supporters through diverse digital and traditional channels, aimed at boosting conversion rates and revenue.
  • Collaborate with marketing and ministry teams to devise multi-channel strategies for acquiring new contacts related to various program areas.
  • Assist in the development of follow-up engagement strategies for constituents acquired through different initiatives.
  • Contribute to the planning and execution of marketing campaigns designed to engage prospective and existing donors.
  • Participate in the creation of landing pages and other digital assets to support engagement initiatives.
  • Assist in reporting and analyzing engagement metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
  • Support research projects by providing input and documentation to enhance engagement strategies.
  • Manage coordination tasks related to marketing execution and assist in various strategic initiatives as identified by management.


Additional Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in multi-channel marketing or fundraising campaign development.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing and engagement strategies.
  • Experience with marketing databases and analytics is advantageous.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
