Marketing Coordinator Job Description

At Stockman Kast Ryan + Co., we are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Coordinator to join our team. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support for organizing integrated marketing communication projects, logistics, and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with firm leadership to align firm priorities and consistent branding strategy.
  • Manage and execute marketing projects, track success, and make recommendations.
  • Coordinate and support events, sponsorships, and client seminars; handle logistics and attendance.
  • Assist in business development and sales processes, including CRM maintenance and proposal creation.
  • Organize firmwide presentations, webinars, and content creation for various marketing channels.
  • Update and manage website, intranet, social media, and blogs.
  • Design and produce branded collateral and maintain vendor relationships for branded inventory.
  • Optimize content for SEO and manage communication with clients and internal teams.
  • Schedule and organize meetings, events, and travel; manage expense reports and correspondence.
  • Provide support for the Communications department, including content creation and distribution.
  • Monitor and enhance the firm's online reputation and manage prospective client inquiries.
  • Design and update marketing materials, and facilitate recruitment marketing and promotional events.
  • Maintain stock of promotional materials and coordinate application of brand standards.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience, required in marketing, communication, design, business, or related field.
  • Two to four years of progressive experience in traditional and digital marketing.
  • Collaborative with a strong focus on firm priorities.
  • Exceptional Attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be technologically proficient. Leverage technology to help optimize workflow.
  • Ensure exceptional, and consistent standards are executed and maintained at the highest level.
  • Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment & handle multiple projects/tasks.
  • Must be organized and have the ability to set priorities and meet deadlines while working independently.
  • Exhibit core values of integrity, accountability, responsibility, leadership, and professionalism.
  • Enthusiasm and support for the firm and the profession.
  • Skilled at crafting client-ready correspondence.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently while exercising good judgment.
  • Positive can-do approach, combined with a commitment to delivering exceptional service to internal and external clients.
Preferred Skills:
  • Proficiency in MS Office 365 Suite, with higher focus on PowerPoint.
  • Experience in Social Media Platforms.
  • Experience in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaigns, WordPress, and/or HubSpot is a plus.
