Job Title: Digital Marketing Coordinator

USA Wrestling is seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our team in Colorado Springs, CO.

Job Summary:

The Digital Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating digital marketing campaigns to meet or exceed acquisition, retention, and engagement goals. This includes optimizing the USA Wrestling digital marketing mix across owned, earned, and paid digital channels, overseeing the creation of campaign assets, and analyzing campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the design and execution of digital marketing campaigns to meet or exceed acquisition, retention, and engagement goals.
  • Optimize the USA Wrestling digital marketing mix across owned, earned, and paid digital channels.
  • Oversee the creation of campaign assets, including copywriting, graphic design, photo/video creation, and email design.
  • Assist in strategy development for audience segmentation, targeting, and positioning to enhance the USA Wrestling customer lifecycle.
  • Assist in the management and optimization of performance marketing budget to maximize ROI.
  • Implement innovative digital marketing tactics, such as A/B testing, personalization, and automation, to enhance digital marketing campaign results.
  • Analyze digital marketing campaign performance and effectively report findings/results to internal stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain an internal digital marketing campaign calendar and manage cross-departmental digital marketing requests.
  • Coordinate with media partners, affiliated clubs, state associations, corporate sponsors, athletes, coaches, and community influencers on digital marketing-related projects.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, Advertising, etc.).
  • A minimum of two years of relevant professional experience with a focus on digital marketing.
  • Experience managing campaign-level work through Customer Relationship Management tools, branded social media channels, and third-party advertising platforms.
  • A working knowledge of and experience with creator tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, UTM application, Microsoft Excel, and other campaign reporting tools.
  • The ability to write effective, short-form copy for various types of digital marketing activities, including social media and email.
  • A proven understanding of current digital marketing trends with an eye on remaining ahead of the curve.
