Job Summary:

The Customer Engagement Center Coordinator is responsible for receiving and responding to customer inquiries, scheduling sales appointments, and providing exceptional customer service. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound and outbound phone calls to schedule sales appointments and respond to customer inquiries.
  • Determine and document customer needs and understand their reason for calling.
  • Schedule sales appointments using the scheduling system and place reminder calls to customers.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and dealership employees.
  • Maintain a high level of customer service and ensure a positive customer experience.

Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and customer service experience.
  • Pleasant and engaging phone persona and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Proven outstanding customer service and ability to listen and record accurately.
  • Call Center experience is preferred, but not required.
  • Proficient computer skills and ability to learn scheduling and other computer systems.
