Accounts Manager

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Manager to join our team at Arnolds Office Furniture. This is a full-time position that will be responsible for managing financial operations, including accounts payable and employee record-keeping.
Key Responsibilities- Manage accounts payable processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies, maintaining positive vendor relationships.
- Schedule and process payments according to terms and company policies.
- Assist with new hire paperwork, maintaining employee files, and ensuring records comply with legal requirements.
- Support payroll preparation by ensuring timely submission of relevant documentation for employee hours, benefits, and deductions.
- Track and record time-off requests, updating payroll and HR systems as necessary.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including data entry for general ledger accounts.
- Maintain professional vendor relationships, coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely payments and resolution of any billing issues.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or HR roles.
- Proficient in QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel, and HR software systems.
- Familiarity with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).
- High level of accuracy and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A competitive salary range of $60,000 - $70,000 per year.
