Job Summary
We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Success Coach.
As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring customers have a positive experience with our product, and helping them achieve their fitness goals.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide top-notch customer support via phone, email, live chat, and SMS.
- Answer customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide guidance on our product features.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of our product, including its features, benefits, and technical specifications.
- Meet or exceed customer satisfaction metrics and departmental performance targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, or a related field).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and productivity tools (e.g., Google Workspace or Microsoft Office).
Estimated Salary Range:$60,000 - $80,000 per year based on location and experience.
