Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to provide high-level administrative support to the University Facilities department. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating schedules, managing calendars, and providing exceptional customer service to our campus community.
Key Responsibilities- Manage complex calendars, schedules, and itineraries for senior staff members
- Coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements
- Provide administrative support for departmental operations, including data entry, record-keeping, and reporting
- Develop and maintain departmental documents, policies, and procedures
- Collaborate with Facilities staff to ensure seamless day-to-day operations
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience in administrative support; experience working in higher education preferred
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
