Job Summary

Insight Global is seeking a highly skilled University Relations Recruiter III to join our team in Houston, Texas. This individual will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic university recruitment plans to identify and attract top talent from domestic universities and technical colleges.

Key Responsibilities
  • University Recruitment Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive university recruitment plans to meet hiring targets, including identifying key campuses, coordinating domestic recruiting teams, and developing pre-campus, on-campus, and post-campus strategies.
  • Campus Engagement: Foster strong relationships with university leadership, faculty, and students to promote Insight Global's brand and enhance on-campus presence.
  • Talent Acquisition: Coordinate and conduct recruitment efforts in conjunction with campus teams to deliver high-quality new grad and intern candidates aligned with Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 university targets.
  • Metrics and Reporting: Maintain historical records of new grads, interns, and co-ops and produce metrics reports to inform the Talent Acquisition Group's monthly and quarterly metrics package.
  • Summer Intern Program: Plan and manage the summer intern program, including on-boarding, intern project assignments, mentorship, and summer-end evaluations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of university recruitment experience.
  • Strong PC skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication and diplomacy skills.
  • Ability to work with functional and line management.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Teams and employee policies and benefits administration.
