Senior Principal Software Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Principal Software Engineer to join our team at BAE Systems. As a key member of our software development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing complex software systems for our defense-related customers.
Key responsibilities include:
- Analyzing and designing complex software systems
- Developing and testing software code in C
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Mentoring junior engineers and providing technical guidance
Requirements include:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 8 years of experience in software development, with a focus on real-time embedded systems
- Strong foundation in Object-Oriented design and implementation principles
- Experience with software and systems engineering processes, methodologies, and tools
