Senior Test Development Engineer

At Allegro MicroSystems, we're passionate about innovation and driving progress in the semiconductor industry. As a key member of our development team, you'll play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing test and characterization solutions for our Magnetic Sensor portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop new methods to establish product performance and ensure testability
- Define and implement test and validation plans to achieve target test coverage and test time
- Develop, debug, and document complex test software and hardware for Automated Test Equipment (ATE)
- Participate in new design troubleshooting and provide recommendations to the team
- Analyze test and characterization data, including statistical analysis
- Optimize and improve test programs and robustness studies
- Transfer knowledge to manufacturing engineering
- Analyze results during reliability studies
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
- 7-10 years of related experience, ideally involving IC test
- Working knowledge of analog/digital circuit design
- Knowledge of lab equipment
- Experience in software development, preferably C/C++
- ATE experience, Teradyne ETS preferable
