About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Account Manager to join our team at Amazon Web Services (AWS). As an Enterprise Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue and adoption of AWS services in a defined territory or industry vertical.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive revenue and market share in a defined territory or industry vertical
  • Meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets
  • Develop and execute against a comprehensive account/territory plan
  • Create and articulate compelling value propositions around AWS services
  • Accelerate customer adoption
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline
  • Work with partners to extend reach and drive adoption
  • Manage contract negotiations
  • Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts
  • Ensure customer satisfaction

About the Team

AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS) is responsible for driving revenue, adoption, and growth from the largest and fastest-growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers, including public sector.

The AWS Global Support team interacts with leading companies and believes that world-class support is critical to customer success. AWS Support also partners with a global list of customers that are building mission-critical applications on top of AWS services.

Basic Qualifications

7+ years of tech sales experience with Enterprise customers

Preferred Qualifications

10+ years of tech sales experience to Enterprise customers

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
