About the Opportunity

The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing business opportunities through various channels. Once opportunities are identified, this candidate will engage with business decision-makers to understand their needs and how our transportation solutions can meet those needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Initiate sales and marketing outreach to prospective or current clients
  • Prospect for new business opportunities to build a pipeline, including cold-calling and lead generation
  • Manage existing accounts to retain and grow relationships
  • Negotiate pricing and services with customers and carriers to drive business growth

Requirements

  • Previous experience in transportation sales or a related field is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
  • Proven sales success in telephone sales, personal selling, and customer service
  • Proficiency in MS Office software and experience with sales automation, customer relationship management, or web-based software programs
  • Ability to execute a business strategy, manage multiple priorities, and achieve results
  • Outgoing personality with expertise in developing relationships and building strong customer connections
