- Utilize sales enablement tools and platforms to enhance sales performance and efficiency.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for calls, emails, and total connections.
- 4+ years of experience in life sciences, preferably in a customer-facing role with a focus on genomics.
- Knowledge of sales enablement tools and platforms, including Zoominfo, Zymewire, and Sales Navigator.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft programs.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding expectations.
- A competitive base salary range of $80-120K.
- Eligibility for incentive compensation and bonuses.
- A comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as 401(k) retirement plan and education assistance.
- 20 PTO days and 11 holidays per year.
