About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior International Tax Manager to join our team at Trimble Inc. in a dynamic and thriving company. As a key member of our Tax Department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the timely and accurate submission of tax returns while navigating the intricate tax implications of upcoming mergers and acquisitions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with business partners to address international tax issues and provide assistance in the development and implementation of company-wide international planning initiatives;
  • Support the development of international principal company structure as applicable, legal entity rationalization project, other international reorganizations, and repatriation planning, including modeling to determine ROI of relevant projects;
  • Support international M&A deals, including due diligence and post-acquisition integration;
  • Research and monitor issues and changes in international tax, including modeling to quantify local tax and US international tax impact;
  • Assist with the development and implementation of global transfer pricing strategy and policies, including the review and maintenance of transfer pricing studies;
  • Assist with preparation and maintenance of intercompany agreements;
  • Coordinate and manage international tax strategies with external tax advisors;
  • Assist with management and coordination of international tax audits;
  • Demonstrate working experience with international tax planning and proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint in a financial business setting.
Requirements
  • CPA strongly preferred;
  • Big 4 and/or combination with technology industry experience preferred;
  • 5+ years of international tax experience;
  • Strong international tax planning and excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Possess great project management skills and experience working with cross-functional teams;
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, changing environment;
  • Strong organization skills, able to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
