  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with referral sources, including healthcare facilities and social service providers.

  • Maintain comprehensive records of sales activities and client interactions within our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the care team to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new clients.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated success in sales, ideally within the healthcare or home care sector.
  • Strong knowledge of home care services and the unique needs of elderly or disabled individuals.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Adept at building and maintaining relationships with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Self-driven with a focus on achieving results.
  • Ability to work independently while also being a team player.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Valid driver's license and dependable transportation.

Education:

  • A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, healthcare, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
