Job Overview

Harrison Consulting Solutions is seeking a skilled Highway Infrastructure Manager to join their team in Louisville, Kentucky. This role involves overseeing roadway and transportation projects, ensuring timely delivery, and meeting revenue goals.


Responsibilities
  • Lead project teams to deliver high-quality infrastructure projects on time and within budget.
  • Analyze technical data to identify potential issues and propose solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive business growth.
  • Mentor junior staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute strategic plans.
  • Meet or exceed revenue targets for assigned projects.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • At least 8 years of experience in roadway and transportation management.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
  • Strong understanding of the Louisville transportation industry and its stakeholders.
  • Experience with MPOs and KYTC plan delivery, specifications, and contract management.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD/Microstation (Openroads).

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $120,000 - $160,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Successful applicants must be authorized to work in the USA without sponsorship.
